Robert Costa
Robert Costa began his working in construction at very young age. His background includes many years of time spent on every type of construction site. During these formative years he developed an eye for detail and a honed a skillset simply not found inside of a classroom. And while continued education of the evolution of each of the trades has been an ongoing element of his years in the industry, Roberts ability to see a finished project from an architect’s drawings is something that his clients put great confidence in.
During his many years as a framer, finish carpenter, superintendent, estimator, and project manager he learned the business side of being a custom builder. Homeowners as well as lenders truly appreciate this value that Robert brings to the table. The scope and breadth of Roberts work is wide ranging - large homes to small, new construction to remodels and additions, high end to humble, and conventional materials and methods to natural and hybrid homes.
Ivan Arnold
Ivan is our design build specialist. Sitting down with clients and helping them achieve their dreams is where he thrives. With a varied (and storied) entrepreneurial background, Ivan brings a wealth of knowledge to the table to create truly memorable structures.
Ivan defines a successful project as one that improves the daily lives of RCR clients, increases the value of the home, while being environmentally conscientious and respectful of the owner’s budget. But my real satisfaction is earned when we hear our clients say; “I cant believe what RCR did!”
Ivan has a passion for Structurally insulated panels (SIPS) and hopes to bring added efficiency and performance to the construction industry. Currently Ivan is obsessed with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s), particularly ones that are designed as Cabanas and include well stocked wet bars.
